Fill in required fields (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) and select “Continue”

Reserving a court

Login to Club Automation

Select “Reserve a Court”

Under “MAKE A NEW RESERVATION”

Select required fields

Select “Search”

Choose a Time

Select “Confirm”

Select “Ok”

Editing a Court Booking

Login to Club Automation

Select “Reserve a Court”

Under “YOUR RESERVATIONS” locate the court time

Select “Edit”

Make the desired changes and select “Save”

Court Booking rules

Members (7 day advance booking) 

1 hour of singles play, once per day 

1.5 hrs of doubles play, once per day maximum of 3 bookings per week (private lessons do not count towards the maximum bookings)

must enter names of all players when booking for doubles play

must enter name of 2nd player when booking for singles play

must complete the “guest field” when booking a court with a guest

Non-members (24 hrs advance booking) can only book a court during community hours:

Monday through Friday: 6am - 8am & 10pm - 12 am (midnight)

Saturday 6am-12 am (midnight)

Sunday 6am-11:00pm

Cancelling a Court Booking

Login to Club Automation

Select “Reserve a Court”

Under “YOUR RESERVATIONS” locate the court time

Select “Cancel”

Select “Yes”

Registering for a Junior Program

Login to Club Automation

Select “Register for Programs”

Click on the program’s name or select “View”

Scroll down and select “Sign Up” for desired program

Select the profile of the person you are registering for the program.

Select “Add a New Family Member” if your child doesn’t appear as an option

Fill in required fields and select “Add”

Select “Add to Cart”

Select “Cart” (top right corner)

Select “Submit Payment”

Create an account, if you don’t already have one

Select “Classes”

Click on the Class name or select “Learn More”

Scroll down and select “Sign Up” for desired program

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Members receive discounts on program fees, can book courts without restrictions, bring a guest, have priority registration and access to exclusive events. Priority Access to Lessons, Clinics, and all Programming, Mens, Womens’ Mixed Leagues, Drop In’s and Social Events, Free Assessments and Ratings

Do I need a membership to participate in programs?

No, you do not need a membership to sign up for programs. However, non-members will be charged a higher fee for participation in programs, groups activities, lessons, events. Non-members can not book courts or benefit from member privileges.

What is the cost difference between member and non-member program fees?

The exact difference in fees varies by program. Details on specific costs can be found on the Club Automation platform.

Are juniors required to have a membership to participate in programs?

No, juniors do not need a membership to participate in any of the junior programs.

Juniors enrolled in 3 or more days in any high performance program will receive a complimentary membership. 

Juniors enrolled in 2 or less days in any of our junior programs who also want to book a court will need to get a membership.

$270 annual or $25 / month

What kind of junior programs do you offer?

We offer programs for all levels of play from Beginner Learn to Play programs to High Performance programs. Anyone interested in a High performance program need to be assessed first. The assessment is complementary.

What adult programs do you offer?

We offer a variety of programs including tennis and pickleball. These programs cater to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Please click here for our adult programs

Where are you located?

Is this a year round Club?

Yes we put up a bubble / dome at the beginning of October.

Are there court fees?

Cancellation / refund policy for membership

Membership is a 12 month commitment- paid monthly or annually- Members are not able to cancel before the 12 month term is up. There are no refunds.

Guest policy

Members can bring a guest 3 times / year. The cost for TENNIS is $20.00 plus court fees / visit. After the 3 visits, the guest must become a member if they would like to continue playing. For pickleball the guest fee is $7.00.
