Match Play is designed to maximize your development with a variety of singles and doubles matches, providing valuable tournament-level experience that regular practice can’t offer.
Match Play is where real learning happens. This structured environment simulates official tournament intensity, helping players sharpen their decision-making and mental toughness, crucial skills for Nationals and Provincials.

The Champions Team is a full year programs for players progressing from our Learn to Play Stream. Players will continue working through the four learning programs with an increased emphasis on tactical situations. From here players will have the opportunity to be part of our Provincial Team.

The Provincial Team is a full-year program for players advancing from our Champions team and/or beginning to compete in 2 Star Transition Tour and 3 Star Provincial Circuit tournaments. Participation in the program requires a minimum commitment of three times per week.

The International- Pro Team is a full-year program for players advancing from our National team and/or compete at U18 National and ITF level or Pro tour. Players training in both the morning and afternoon provide themselves the opportunity to meet the Tennis Canada Long-Term Athlete Development Plan Guidelines to help them develop into International level players. Participation in the program requires a minimum commitment of five times per week.
